Critical incidents
A blocked production flow or a security issue without a workaround. The first steps are to assess the impact, contain the issue and agree on updates.
We choose technology for the product, the team and the delivery constraints.
We connect technical choices to the business outcome they are meant to support.
Small releases, clear trade-offs and regular demos keep the work easy to inspect.
The studio
Skynor Labs builds agentic systems, business automation and the mobile, web and backend products around them. Our work includes task agents, call center and chatbot experiences, conversation analysis and image generation workflows.
Each engagement starts with the current state of the product, the people using it and the constraints on delivery. From there, we agree on the scope, review points and what the handover needs to include.
We assess the existing codebase, hosting costs and maintenance needs before recommending a stack.
Working demos and code reviews make progress visible. Open questions and changes to scope are discussed as they come up.
We record the technical choices, dependencies and trade-offs so your team can maintain the work after handover.
Release preparation includes deployment notes and an agreed support scope. Ongoing maintenance can be planned separately.
After launch
Support hours, response targets and escalation contacts are defined in the project agreement. We use the impact on your users to prioritize incoming issues.
A blocked production flow or a security issue without a workaround. The first steps are to assess the impact, contain the issue and agree on updates.
A core feature is affected, but a workaround exists. We assess the affected users and prioritize a fix against the release plan.
Minor defects, interface refinements and documentation are grouped into scheduled work with clear acceptance criteria.
We define the scope, prototype the important flows and develop in reviewable increments. Before release, we check the agreed user journeys and document deployment and handover. Further improvements are prioritized using feedback from the product.
