AI Project Manager
Plan AI integration projects with defined use cases, evaluation criteria and a practical route from pilot to release.
Skynor Labs connects AI features with web, mobile and backend products. This role coordinates the client, engineering and operational work needed to test a use case, assess the results and prepare a scoped release.
What you will work on
- Define the business workflow, pilot scope, success measures and acceptance criteria with the client
- Coordinate data readiness, integration access and dependencies with the teams responsible
- Plan evaluation scenarios, human review points and failure handling with engineers and product owners
- Track delivery milestones, provider dependencies, operating cost assumptions and open risks
- Report pilot findings, coordinate release decisions and prepare adoption and handover documentation
What you bring
- Experience coordinating AI integration or software automation projects
- Working understanding of LLM APIs, retrieval workflows and the limits of generated outputs
- Ability to turn uncertain requirements into a bounded pilot and an evidence-based delivery decision
- Clear written English for client communication, evaluation plans and project documentation
Useful experience
- Experience with assistants, internal knowledge search, voice workflows or business process automation
- Familiarity with API integrations, data permissions and product analytics
- Experience planning operating budgets and monitoring changes in external provider services

- Walkthrough of an AI or automation delivery, including evaluation, constraints and lessons learned
- Discussion of project responsibilities, working arrangements and engagement terms
